Your Story
You’ve had a solid career so far. Maybe the path wasn’t linear but you’ve enjoyed success at every step of the way. Recognition, revenue achievements, promotions to senior roles and if the 18 year old version could see the money you’re making now!
But still, something doesn’t feel right. You aren’t content.
You’re wondering “what’s next?”
What if you started your own thing? That’s reckless right?
It’s crazy to leave a job and walk away from a healthy income that most people dream of.
Plus, that executive level role is within reach. This is what you’ve been chasing. But do you still want it? Suddenly, titles and big OTEs aren’t as attractive as they used to be.
Working for others is getting stale. Your development has stalled.
What’s happening?
You’ve been thinking about working for yourself for a while and recently that feeling has intensified.
You've dreamed of creating a work life that transcends every incentive that you ever received working for someone else. A scenario where you wake up everyday to execute your own plan and maximize personal fulfillment.
Despite all the reasons you shouldn’t go for it, you can’t help but to think you should.
If this is you, you belong in Prism!

What Members Are Saying
Prism has been an amazing opportunity to connect with fellow entrepreneurs and not feel so alone in my journey. I have felt supported and understood, and also received some amazing ideas and feedback that I can immediately implement in my business. As a bonus, the meetings are structured in a way that makes for efficient learning and listening and creates an atmosphere where I feel safe speaking openly about my business challenges. Highly recommend and plan to continue to be a part of the community.

Prism Background
The name Prism comes from a lesson we discovered early in our childhood in an elementary school science class. When you shine a white light into one side of a prism, you will see an array of colors appear on all sides.
At Prism, every time someone offers a new viewpoint, suggestion, or piece of advice on what we’re working on, we're effectively adding another color to our offering.
As we venture out on our own, most act as mirrors. The advice and support only comes from within. It is tough to grow this way especially when we’ve never done this before.
Instead of just looking inward as most solopreneurs do, Prism members share perspectives to help us see ourselves in a richer, more complete and multidimensional way.
